Shipping + RETURNS

We happily accept returns and exchanges for our retail online customers ONLY within 30 days from the date of purchase for merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed with all tags (including protective fabric case) attached.

To make a return simply complete the return form attached to your receipt sent along with your order. Alternatively, you can also print a version available for download here. Please fill out this form completely, enclose with a copy of your receipt, and send it to the address below via an insured, prepaid carrier. We do not accept returns of any other kind than retail orders originating at claridgeandking.com. 

Only merchandise with the hangtag still attached to the garment can be accepted. If the hangtag has been cut off or removed in any way, your item is not eligible for return or exchange.

Please play nice and send us back the garment in its original packaging. If  something isn't right for you, it might be right for someone else who would like their garments sent to them in pristine condition, too. We appreciate your consideration and respect.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Regrettably, monogrammed items are also not returnable. Please make your personalized selections carefully.

What are my shipping options and rates?

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday via FedEx Smart Post within the continental United States. Upgraded home delivery, ground service, third day, second day, and next day standard overnight air via FedEx is available at an additional expense (and quoted at checkout) within the continental US. Note: For loss and theft reasons, FedEx requires (in many instances) a signature upon delivery. 

When free shipping (via FedEx Smart Post) is offered, its only applicable within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally (including Canada) nor to residents of Hawaii, Alaska, and the US territories outside the continental 48 states. 

Can you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship merchandise internationally. 

How can I track my order?

After you place your order online, Claridge + King will issue an order confirmation e-mail. Shortly after, upon the order’s completion (excluding weekends and holidays), you will be sent an additional confirmation e-mail with details of when your order was shipped, including the tracking number of your package. 

Are personalized items returnable?

No. Unfortunately monogrammed items can’t be returned or exchanged due to–well, they’re personalized  to your liking. Please make your personalized selections carefully. Again, feel free to contact us at customerservice@claridgeandking.com if you have any questions about the process.

Are sale items returnable? 

No. All sale merchandise is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will my credit card reflect my refund?

Upon receipt of the package containing your return or exchange, Claridge + King will process your refund to the original credit card on file within five business days. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction is completed on our end. Please note: Your banking institution (or credit card issuer) may require several additional days to process and post this transaction credit to your account. Please call your bank for more information about any delays.
